Jaipur which is known to be pink city is the capital of Rajasthan. This place is the one which is famous for almost everything that includes forts, food, culture, tradition and shopping.

Rajasthan's beautiful Pink City Jaipur, was the stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions. Known as the Pink City because of the colour of the stone used exclusively in the walled city, Jaipur's bazaars sell embroidered leather shoes, blue pottery, tie and dye scarves and other exotic wares. Western Rajasthan itself forms a convenient circuit, in the heart of the Thar desert which has shaped its history, lifestyles and architecture.And as having a rich culture and heritage it has many forts which are these days famous attraction place like Hawa Mahal, Nahargarh Fort, Birla Mandir, Amber Fort , Jantar Mantar and ohers.

The capital of the desert state is well known for dances and music is capable of bringing life. Jaipur's cuisine is rich like the royalty of Jaipur. Cuisine of Jaipur offers many delicacies to gratify the appetite of every taste. In Jaipur, lot of ghee and butter is used in cooking the food. Dal-Bati Churma, Dahi Vada, Mawa Kachori, Besan Ka Gatta, Ker Sangri, Pyaaz Ki Kachauri, Chakke Ki Sabji and Jodhpur Ki Rabri are some of the main attractions of Rajasthani cuisine. Rajasthani Food is usually vegetarian, pure and nutritious.

Jaipur is the World Renowned Center for Gemstones- For centuries; Jaipur has been a world-renowned center for sourcing of fine-cut precious and semi-precious gemstones. With heavy investment in technology, gemstone cutters have forward integrated and have started jewellery manufacturing.

Language is a crucial medium to communicate. The primary language of Jaipur is Rajasthani. However, Marwari, Hindi and English are also prevalent in the city. The main religion which is followed in Jaipur is Hinduism. Other religions include Jainism, Islam, Sikhism and Christianity in the decreasing order. Overall it is a beautiful city. One must visit it.
