City of My Thoughts

Mussoorie  is a  hill statio n  and a  municipal board  in the  Dehradun District  of the  northern   Indian state  of  Uttarakhand . It is located about 35 km from the state capital of  Dehradun  and 290 km north from the national capital of  New Delhi . This  hill station  is situated in the foothills of the  Garhwal   Himalayan  range  . Mussoorie , Picture Courtesy : Google Images Mussoorie has an average elevation of about 2005.5 metres . The highest point is  Lal Tibba , at a height of about 7500 ft. Mussoorie is conveniently connected by road to  Delhi  and major cities. Well, before deciding it one should know the difference between a perfect life and a happy life.  The fact of the matter is , a perfect life is not always happy , but a happy life is always perfect. Sometimes it takes a whole of our life thinking what perfect life is and than getting it. Perfect life for mostly people include a good job/business , a luxurious car and big own house. It is mostly the dream of a ordinary person. The truth is , there is no guarantee that the person with a big own house, luxurious car and good job/business will be happy and satisfied. Time was passing like anything...I could feel every second as it passed. I was able to feel the wind around me , the way water was touching my feet and then running away. I explained him the whole thing and he showed curiosity in it. Later he asked if his son will able to get admission easily like everyone else. I didn't know what to say , but by not breaking his hope , I replied yes off course . Soon he told me that he has sent his wife to Gwalior for studying. He always had a dream of being an educated person but due to certain situations in his house he just could not and had to leave his studies. Now he is working as an auto driver and making efforts  to educate his wife and two children. He was truly an inspiration for me.
